Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons Kalmes Seasoning & Tenderizer
- 1 cup SUPERB BLEND Breading Mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Season the Chops: Rub pork chops with SUPERB BLEND Seasoning & Tenderizer on both sides. Let sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
