Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders $50 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

What makes Kalmes different from other seasonings?
Kalmes is a 2-in-1 tenderizer and seasoning with papain from papaya, developed over 70+ years in our family restaurant. It tenderizes while it seasons — no extra steps needed.
How do I use Kalmes seasoning?

What meats can I use it on?

What's the difference between the 5.5 oz and 32 oz sizes?
The 5.5 oz gives you ~15–20 servings — great for trying it out. The 32 oz (2 lb) gives you 100+ servings and is the best value for regular cooks.
Does Kalmes contain MSG or artificial ingredients?
No. We use premium, restaurant-grade ingredients — the same recipes since 1956. No MSG, no artificial additives.
