What's the difference between the seasoning and the breading?
Kalmes Famous 2-in-1 Steak Seasoning & Meat Tenderizer combines savory seasoning with a built-in papain tenderizer. Superb Blend Spiced Coater Breading Mix is a separate product for a seasoned coating on chicken, fish, pork and more. Choose the product your recipe calls for; the two are not interchangeable.
Should I choose the 5.5 oz or 32 oz seasoning bottle?
The 5.5 oz bottle is a practical starting point for home cooking. The 32 oz professional-size bottle suits frequent grilling, bigger batches and restaurant or catering kitchens.
What does a multi-bottle pack include?
The 5.5 oz seasoning product offers one bottle, two bottles or an 18-bottle case. The 32 oz seasoning product offers one bottle, two bottles or a six-bottle case. The listed size is the size of each bottle, not the total pack weight. These seasoning packs do not include breading mix.

How do I use Kalmes Famous 2-in-1?
Follow your current bottle's directions for application amount and resting time. Keep raw meat refrigerated during any resting period, then cook to a safe internal temperature. A nutrition-label serving size is not an application recommendation per ounce of meat.
What can I use the seasoning on?
Use it on steak, burgers, pork and chicken, following the package directions. It also adds savory flavor to potatoes and vegetables. On vegetables, it works as a seasoning, not a tenderizer.
Does Kalmes Famous contain MSG?
